Our board of directors is composed of 5 members, including 3 women. Three of the 5 members, as well as the majority of the members of our executive board , reside in Haiti , the country where most of our operations are currently concentrated. This is in perfect harmony with our development philosophy by demonstrating the essential role that women play in development, the latter being dependent on the effective involvement of local actors.
